a real confidence boost to me

I wanted to send you an email to say how pleased I was with the professional assistance and guidance given to me by one of your consultants, Susie Lewis.  I know she is currently away on holiday.

 

I have been looking for a suitable role since January and have dealt with many recruitment consultancies throughout this difficult period of time with very mixed feelings - particularly as I have been in human resources and office management in my last two roles.  I applied for a role you were advertising recently and Susie contacted me very promptly (always a good sign), she was professional at all times, kept me in the picture with the application process, very helpful, enthusiastic about the role and my experience (a real confidence boost to me after all this time not working), she was encouraging and not too pushy and gave me valuable advice about interview technique and the organisation I was to be interviewed by.

 

I have now been offered a maternity cover position via another agency, but I believe Susie and I built up a good rapport between us which always helps and if I need to recruit staff in the future with my new organisation or any other future company or am looking for further work if the maternity cover ends at it's natural conclusion, then I will certainly bear Susie and Secretaries Plus as a good company to use to recruit.
