Secretaries Plus has been established for 35 years.  Our  “Unique Selling Point”, for want of a better phrase, is a total focus on your vacancy/temp booking by the whole team.  We start the day at 8:30am running through the Job Board, so all consultants are aware of the latest criteria, and looking closely at their candidates daily.  The update is sent to our two resourcers.  These are not “rookies” as is the norm, but extremely experienced, successful consultants who have worked in our offices, know our standards and whose circumstances, young children in one case, a husband, home and life in Turkey in the other, now lend themselves to working from home via the internet.  Their role is to read a large percentage of the 3000-5000 CV’s we receive each week (we see only 15-20 of those) and also to search the various databases for candidates whose skills and experience fit your criteria most closely.  As Turkey is 2 hours ahead of the UK,   we are ahead of our competitors, and also the individuals often work over the weekend, as it suits them, so on Mondays we can hit the ground running!

The other major difference is on the permanent side. Our normal guarantee is a 100 day (14 weeks, 2 days) 100% rebate guarantee, which we have offered since June 1998.  We can do this because of the very talented consultants we are fortunate enough to work with, and thorough processes, including checking references on permanent candidates, which again is extremely unusual for permanent candidates, although obligatory for temporary ones.
