Our normal guarantee for permant staff is a 100 day (14 weeks, 2 days) 100% rebate guarantee, which we have offered since June 1998. We can do this because of the very talented consultants we are fortunate enough to work with, and thorough processes, including checking references on permanent candidates, which again is extremely unusual for permanent candidates, although obligatory for temporary ones. We have only refunded 4 fees since June 98, which is a testament to the service we offer.
