A trading company recently moved to beautiful new W1 offices is looking for a Receptionist to take care of all reception duties and some office administration in their bright new building.

You need to have previous reception experience in a corporate office - duties entail:

• Greet and provide refreshment for clients
• Set up and clear meeting rooms
• Set up company meetings on Outlook
• Help with office services such as sorting equipment and facilities problems equipment
• Book travel
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets

They are a great team of colleagues and would like someone welcoming and cheerful for whom nothing is too much trouble. Smart personal presentation and clear speech are also important.
