PA to the Executive Vice President and team - Global Mining Company £25,000
If you are immediately available this role is very meaty and varied. Set up global teleconferencing, arrange diary and travel arrangements. As PA you will be involved in presentations, meetings. This PA role is really to be a right hand person, support small team. Knowledge of SAP pref. As PA you will meet international clients. As PA you will manage a busy electronic diary. You will meet and greet all VIP's. If you have a positive outlook, like variety in your role and like the idea of meeting and dealing with global clients this is a genuinely exciting corporation. Int/Advanced Word/Excel/PowerPoint. Any languages would be advantage but not essential.
