'SUPERSTAR' SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS FOR OFFICE SUPPORT IN BOND STREET, W1

Senior Recruitment Consultants wanted for established office support consultancy with a great reputation in Bond Street W1. You will enjoy a fabulous level of support from our resourcers, a Business Development Manager, award winning marketing and wonderful colleagues. You are expected to develop the desk and have some unusual marketing and USPs to help you do this. The last client event was a charity garden party in Westminster Abbey Gardens that was great fun, Hello magazine meets village fete is how we describe it. Our existing consultant has moved to the New Forest but staying with us on our training side- we hate to let go of really good people even when they have children and/or leave the country. Elastic not staff turnover is our mantra when it comes to our superstar team! And our recent departee is already back this week again to cover holidays.
You will find we celebrate success with anything from a trip to Gordon Ramsay's Maze ,for example, to a noisy laughter filled evening at our local Strada! In 2008 we flew off to the South of France for a five star weekend to celebrate hitting our targets! "You have a great company ethos of how to have fun!" a client told us after a recent 20/20 cricket evening at Lords. "Yours is the company I would most like to work at if I was n't happy where I was, out of all my customers " said Iain Cameron, our lovely bank relationship manager at RBS. " Every time I walk in everybody is warm and welcoming, and there is a buzz and energy in the air"!

Lyn Cecil, the MD, recently won the coveted NATWEST EVERYWOMAN Hera Award at the Dorchester for being truly inspirational and has " exhibited gritty determination to succeed, regardless of the obstacles that are thrown at her, whilst all the while demonstrating ethical working practices.” Earlier this year she appeared as an expert panellist on Newsnight with the toughest interviewer in the UK, Jeremy Paxman no less, along with Danny Gabbay, the only economist to predict the recession, Alistair Darling and Sir Martin Sorrell of WPP and was featured in the Financial Mail of the Mail on Sunday on the 25th July. The training side were finalists in the Go Awards 'Best service team' announced in mid June. We aim to be outstanding at whatever we do, and to do it with energy, focus and the personal touch!

You are

YOU HAVE BEEN BILLING 12k+ PER MONTH ON AVERAGE ON THE PERMANENT SIDE, OR HAVE SERIOUSLY BUILT UP A TEMP DESK.
IT IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE WORKED AS A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT OR TEMP CONTROLLER IN A LONDON OFFICE SUPPORT RECRUITMENT COMPANY AND HAVE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE, please do not send your CV otherwise.

Basic salary 25,000-32,500 neg + generous commission scheme
OTE £40-£60K+ +
