This is an exciting opportunity to join SECRETARIES PLUS, an innovative friendly recruitment consultancy based in Bond Street, centre of the shopping universe! Secretaries Plus is an award winning team which prides itself on providing a personalised focused energetic service to clients and candidates alike.

You are at least A level or grad and keen to progress quickly once you have proved yourself. The main focus of this role is sourcing 'perfect' candidates that fit the exacting criteria of our clients. As well as sourcing, screening and telephone interviewing potential candidates, you will also be involved in writing adverts, research, admin, database management and marketing. You will help with organising client events, which range from an evening with Andrew Barton, Hairdresser of the Year and famous for appearing on GMTVs 'Looking 10 years younger' to more heavyweight seminars such as Mediation, Agency Workers Regulations, Managing Upwards, and most recently, talent retention in an upturn.

You are/have
* experience of a similar role in recruitment or HR
* At least A level educated or graduate or the equivalent
* Good listening and communication skills
* A team player
* Proactive and lateral thinking
* Natural sales/strong influencing skills, without being brash, that you demonstrate on your CV.

You will be working in a warm friendly buzzy environment with a great team where we are ambushed by laughter several times a day!

Salary £20,000-£23,000 to start, increasing with promotion. Benefits include massages and team outings.
